A family business with a love for the profession.

Label was founded in 1991 by designer Gerard van den Berg and specializes in designing, manufacturing of high quality upholstered seating furniture.

Together with his brother Ton, Gerard has, for many years, led their business. Both grew up as sons of a furniture manufacturer. There they both learned this specialist craft. Since 2012, their children, Jasper (son of Gerard ) and Marieke (daughter Ton) have taken over their parent’s business and now take care of the daily management of the company.

Label stands for thoroughbred Dutch Design: no-nonsense furniture with its own identity and character. Furniture particularly enjoyable to sit in and designed with love and passion for the trade. Each Label model has its own identity. This is realized by the use of honest material, clear design and a very high sitting comfort.
